Locked up

Our home now has doors and been locked up. Cornices have also been completed.

Gyprock completed

Got a fantastic update from our site supervisor today. The walls and ceilings are in. We will be at lock up stage next week.

Eaves installed, bricks cleaned, and electricals started

The eaves have now been installed around the home, and the bricks have been cleaned. Looking more like a house. Also noticed that electrical wiring has been installed.

Exterior being finished this week

Site supervisor called me on Friday to confirm that the bricks were completed. Mentioned that the plans this coming week are for the eaves to be put in on Monday and bricks to be cleaned on Thursday.

Drove past on Saturday and also noticed that the air conditioning ducting and electrical wiring has been installed. Can't wait for interiors to start.

Bricks completed

The bricking has completed. The piers are up and our windows have had the bricks added to the sills.

Bricks almost completed

Visited today to see that all that is left to be bricked is the porch. If we're lucky we could have a house that can resist the elements by end of this week.
